Saas, Project Management and Financials Expertise

Michael Gentle is the founder of Cloud Advisory, a consulting company based near Geneva, Switzerland.

He has over 20 years of project management experience, particularly in CRM (both SaaS and on-premises). His pragmatic approach, based on short project cycles and quick deliverables – exactly what SaaS is all about – has been well chronicled in his best-selling book, “The CRM Project Management Handbook”.

Michael has a keen understanding of data privacy and confidentiality, having managed international projects in pharmaceuticals and telecommunications, two sectors with stringent requirements in this area.

He also has strong financial experience and helps IT departments to improve their financial processes, from planning and budgeting to cost management and chargebacks.

He is multi-cultural and multi-lingual (English, French and Spanish), with a degree in mechanical engineering and further studies in aerospace and computer science.
